By booking a consultation or engaging with our services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES
2.1 Educational Services Only
Peptide Wellness™ operates as an education and coaching consultancy. All services provided are:

Not medical, clinical, diagnostic, prescriptive, or therapeutic

Ongoing support and accountability structures
2.3 What We Do NOT Do
We do not:

Diagnose medical conditions

Prescribe medications or peptides

Provide medical treatment or clinical care

Offer therapeutic interventions

Make medical claims or outcome guarantees

Supply peptides or pharmaceutical products directly
2.4 No Medical Relationship
No doctor-patient, therapist-client, or medical professional relationship is created through our services.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Medical Consultation
Clients are strongly encouraged to:

Consult their GP or qualified medical professional before engaging with our services

Seek medical advice before making any changes to health protocols

Disclose pre-existing medical conditions, medications, and health concerns

Obtain medical clearance if advised to do so
3.2 Personal Responsibility
Clients acknowledge and accept:

Full personal responsibility for all health decisions

Responsibility for sourcing, usage, and outcomes related to any products or protocols
-
That decisions to pursue or explore peptides or related protocols are made independently by the Client
-
That all actions taken are at the Client's own risk
3.3 Accurate Information
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in all questionnaires and consultations

Notify us immediately of any changes to health status, medications, or medical conditions
-
Be honest and transparent in all communications
3.4 Independent Sourcing
If Clients choose to source peptides or related products:

This is done independently and at the Client's own discretion

Product purchase is external to Peptide Wellness™
-
We may provide affiliate links to trusted UK distributors, but purchase decisions remain entirely the Client's choice

We are not responsible for product quality, safety, or outcomes
4. NO MEDICAL CLAIMS OR GUARANTEES
4.1 No Outcome Guarantees
We make no guarantees, warranties, or claims regarding:

Health outcomes or results
-
Weight loss, muscle gain, or physical changes
-
Hormonal, metabolic, or physiological improvements
-
Recovery, performance, or longevity outcomes
4.2 Individual Results Vary
All health outcomes are individual and depend on multiple factors including but not limited to:

Genetics, medical history, lifestyle, adherence, and personal circumstances

Factors outside our control
4.3 Educational Framework
All protocols, plans, and guidance are educational frameworks based on current research and applied practice. They are not medical prescriptions or guaranteed treatment plans.
5. SERVICES & PRICING
5.1 Consultation Service
Price: £145 (one-off, non-refundable upon completion)

Does NOT include:

Peptide protocols, dosages, or timelines (these are provided in monthly services only)
Payment: Due at time of booking
Refunds: Non-refundable once consultation is completed
Cancellation: See Section 6 (Cancellation Policy)
5.2 Monthly Services
Peptide Protocol Plan
Price: £265/month (billed every 4 weeks)
Minimum Commitment: 12 weeks (3 payment cycles)
Includes:

Bespoke peptide protocol (dosage, timeline, usage guidance)

4-week plan releases (progressive protocols)

Automated daily check-ins via app (energy, sleep, progress tracking)

Bi-weekly optional check-in calls

Data analysis and summary report every 4 weeks

Email support (48-hour response time)

Does NOT include:

Movement programming, nutrition plans, or lifestyle coaching
360 Integration Plan
Price: £495/month (billed every 4 weeks)
Minimum Commitment: 12 weeks (3 payment cycles)

Everything in Peptide Protocol Plan (above)

PLUS:

Personalized movement programming (via Trainerize app)

Bespoke nutrition framework (macro guidance + food structure)
-
Daily habit tracking (sleep, recovery, stress management)

App messaging support (24-48 hour response time)

12-week goal setting and progression tracking
5.3 Payment Terms

Billing Cycle: Every 4 weeks (not monthly calendar)
-
Payment Method: Direct debit via Stripe/GoCardless (or agreed payment processor)

Payment Unlocks: Each payment unlocks the next 4-week protocol phase
-
Minimum Commitment: 12 weeks (3 x 4-week cycles)
-
Auto-Renewal: Services auto-renew every 4 weeks unless cancelled with proper notice
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
6.1 Consultation Cancellations
By Client:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: Full refund
-
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: No refund (or option to reschedule once)
-
No-shows: No refund
By Peptide Wellness™:
-
If we cancel or reschedule: Full refund or alternative date offered
6.2 Monthly Service Cancellations
Notice Period: 14 days' written notice required

Refund Policy:

No refunds for partial 4-week periods

No refunds for consultation fees

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 4-week billing cycle

Outstanding balances must be settled before cancellation is complete
Early Termination:

Clients may cancel before the 12-week minimum commitment is complete

However, no refunds will be issued for payments already made
-
Access to services ends at the end of the current paid 4-week period
6.3 Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

Client provides false or misleading information
-
Client violates these Terms
-
Client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
-
We determine that our services are not appropriate for the Client's needs
-
Medical concerns arise that require clinical intervention
In such cases, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership
All content, protocols, plans, documents, educational materials, and intellectual property provided by Peptide Wellness™ remain our exclusive property.
7.2 Licensed Use Only
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use materials provided to them for their own personal health education only.
7.3 Prohibited Uses
Clients may NOT:

Reproduce, distribute, or share our materials with third parties
-
Use our materials for commercial purposes
-
Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our materials
-
Claim our materials as their own
7.4 Violations
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate service termination and legal action.
8. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Peptide Wellness™ and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

Any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or medical complications arising from Client's use of peptides or related products

Any decisions made by the Client based on educational information provided

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Any loss of income, reputation, or opportunity
-
Any issues arising from third-party product sourcing or quality
8.2 Professional Indemnity Insurance
Peptide Wellness™ operates under appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance. However, this insurance does not cover:

Medical malpractice (as we do not provide medical services)

Product liability (as we do not supply products)
-
Client's personal choices or actions
8.3 Client Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide Wellness™, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Client's use of peptides or related products
-
Client's failure to seek appropriate medical care
-
Client's misrepresentation of health status or information
-
Client's violation of these Terms
8.4 Maximum Liability Cap
In any event, our total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Peptide Wellness™ in the preceding 12 months.
9. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
9.1 Not for Emergencies
Our services are not appropriate for emergency situations.
9.2 Emergency Protocol
In the event of:

Adverse reactions to any products or protocols

Medical emergencies or urgent health concerns
-
Sudden changes in health status
Clients should immediately:

Stop using any products or protocols
-
Contact NHS 111 (non-emergency) or 999 (emergency)

Seek appropriate medical care
Do NOT email or message us in emergency situations. Seek immediate medical attention.
10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
10.1 GDPR Compliance
Peptide Wellness™ operates in compliance with UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
10.2 Data Collection & Use
We collect and use personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy (separate document).
10.3 Client Rights
Clients have the right to:

Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
12.3 Not Responsible for Third Parties
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of third-party service providers.
13. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS
13.1 Disclosure
We may provide affiliate links to third-party product distributors (e.g., UK Peptides).
13.2 Commission
We may receive a commission if you purchase products through our affiliate links. This does NOT affect the price you pay. This does not influence educational content, which remains research-based and independent.
13.3 Independence
Product purchases are entirely independent and at your discretion. We do not control product quality, safety, or outcomes.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
14.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
14.2 Notice of Changes
Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
14.3 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

19. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By booking a consultation or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:
